Dear Copylab clients, friends and family,
I’d like to thank you all for continuing to support Copylab in 2015. It’s been a pleasure to work with you on so many exciting and successful projects.
We know you’re waiting excitedly for your Copylab Christmas card to arrive. We know it’s the highlight of your year to receive a 7” x 5” rectangle with our scrawled autographs and logo in the vague shape of a snowflake. And we know Christmas just wouldn’t be the same without it.
I regret to inform you, however, that after fraught deliberations and into-the-night debate, we have decided not to send out any Christmas cards this year. Instead, Copylab has made a small donation to the Salvation Army, which they say will “provide Christmas dinner and companionship for 20 lonely older people”.
We realise this news cannot compensate for the abject disappointment and betrayal you undoubtedly feel at this moment. Therefore, if you feel you are unable to face the festive season without receiving a Christmas card from us, please let me know and I will rectify this forthwith.
Finally, we wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous 2016.
