John is the managing director of Copylab’s North American affiliate, Copylab Inc., where he is responsible for formulating and executing the firm’s strategic initiatives, as well as implementing company policy and overseeing its ongoing operations. John has more than 15 years of industry experience in positions ranging from client service, research, and management, to his most recent role creating editorial content at BNY Mellon. He is a member of the communications committee for PAICR (The Asset Management Marketing Association) and is a frequent speaker and panelist for the Gramercy Institute, an industry think tank. John received a bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston University and an MBA from Babson College. He has also earned the CFA Institute’s Investment Foundations® Program (fka Claritas®) Certificate.
