International Women’s Day is an opportunity to shine a spotlight on the wonderful achievements of women as well as mark the contribution of men who support the evolution of women’s rights. Equality for all is our goal at Copylab – one we collectively strive for not just today but every day.

We have recently worked with our team managers to create a new appraisal process, the ‘Copylab Journey’. The incentive was to strengthen the opportunity for every team member to succeed in their roles within the company. Regardless of their gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristics, everyone has the right to be treated as an individual.
We have a reputation for bringing expertise and creative flair to the world of investment communications. We apply the same expertise and creative flair to our inclusive, diverse and flexible workplace. We can already see this approach gives us the edge to attract and retain the cream of the crop in our competitive market. To date we have worked closely with universities to make Copylab more attractive for interns and graduates. In future we hope to work with BAME associations to recruit a more diverse workforce. We’ll also embark on a new apprenticeship programme for our new administrator role.
